About wellness & fitness sessions

Wellness and fitness sessions are scheduled, teacher-led classes you take part in at a set time rather than watching a pre-recorded video. That might be a morning vinyasa flow streamed from a teacher's studio, a lunchtime strength circuit over video call, an evening meditation circle, a breathwork session before bed, or a weekend wellness gathering in a park or community hall. The live format gives you structure, a reason to show up and a teacher who can cue you in the moment.

On MultiVendor Market, each session is listed by an independent shop — a solo yoga teacher, a personal trainer, a small studio or a wellness collective. You can see who runs it, read the description of the level, pace and equipment needed, and message the host with questions before you register. Online sessions use the organizer's own meeting or streaming tool; the joining link is emailed only to registered attendees, so the class stays a closed group.

Sessions range from gentle and restorative to vigorous and athletic, and many hosts run beginner-friendly series alongside advanced classes. Some are one-off drop-ins, others are multi-week programs on a regular day and time. In-person events list a venue address, while online sessions show the start time with its time zone so you can work out when it runs where you live.

This content is general information and not medical advice. Take part at your own pace, stop if something hurts, and check with a doctor or other health professional before starting a new routine if you are pregnant, injured, managing a health condition or simply unsure.

Choosing a live wellness or fitness session

  • Read the level and intensity in the description — gentle, all levels, intermediate or advanced — and pick one that matches how you feel today, not how fit you were years ago.
  • Check the start time and its time zone, then convert it to your local time before registering so you do not miss the opening warm-up.
  • Look at what you need: a mat, blocks, a chair, light weights, a quiet room or simply a cushion. Hosts usually list equipment up front.
  • For online classes, test your camera, audio and the space around you beforehand so you can move freely and see the screen.
  • Ask the host whether they offer modifications for injuries or limited mobility, and whether cameras need to be on.
  • If you cannot attend live, ask whether a replay is available — some organizers offer one, many do not.

Questions about wellness & fitness sessions

How do I join an online wellness session after I register?

Once you register, the host's joining link for their meeting or streaming tool is sent to you by email. It is shared only with registered attendees. Many hosts also send reminder emails before the session starts.

What if the session is full?

When a session reaches capacity you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist is moved in automatically and notified.

Are these sessions suitable for beginners?

Many are. Look for words like beginner, gentle or all levels in the listing, and message the host if you are unsure. A good teacher will tell you honestly whether a class suits you.

Is this medical or therapeutic advice?

No. Sessions are general wellness and fitness activities, not treatment. Move at your own pace, and talk to a health professional before you start if you have an injury, a condition or any doubts.

Will there be a recording if I miss it?

Only if the organizer offers one. Check the event description or ask the host directly before you register.
