Sell on MultiVendor
Host webinars and sell tickets on MultiVendor Market
Run free or paid webinars from your own branded shop. Set the date and time zone, add your online meeting link — it's shared only with registered attendees — and choose a capacity so the waitlist takes over automatically when you sell out. Reminder emails go out before the session. You run the webinar in the meeting or streaming tool you already use, and attendees pay you directly through your own Stripe or PayPal account; MultiVendor never holds your money.

Tips for selling webinars
- Lead the listing with the outcome: what attendees will know or be able to do by the end of the hour.
- Publish a clear agenda with time set aside for live questions — it's the main reason people attend live.
- Schedule for your audience's time zone, not yours, and state the zone clearly in the description.
- Say upfront whether a replay will be shared, so people who can't make the time know what to expect.
- Use share links and QR codes to track which channels bring in registrations.
- Run a free introductory webinar to build an audience, then list deeper paid sessions in the same shop.
Start your own webinar marketplace
If you know a field full of experts who teach online, MultiVendor lets you launch a webinar marketplace under your own brand and custom domain. The AI builder suggests categories, branding and host requirements; each host lists their own sessions and connects their own payment account, so you curate the program without handling anyone's ticket money.
Ideas to start from
- → A webinar marketplace for one profession, such as accountants or architects
- → A regional webinar hub for local businesses and chambers
- → A marketplace of software training webinars run by independent consultants
- → A webinar series platform for nonprofits and community educators

Questions about selling webinars
Does MultiVendor stream my webinar?
No. You run the session in your own meeting or streaming tool and add the link to your event. MultiVendor handles the listing, registration, capacity, waitlist and reminder emails, and shares the link only with registered attendees.
Can I run both free and paid webinars?
Yes. Many hosts use free sessions to introduce their work and paid sessions for in-depth training, all listed in the same shop.
How do I get paid for webinar tickets?
Attendees pay you directly through your own Stripe or PayPal account. MultiVendor charges a subscription for the software and doesn't hold your sales.
What happens when my webinar sells out?
Set a capacity and new registrants join an automatic waitlist once it's reached. If a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist moves up.
