Privacy Policy

MultiVendor.com ("MultiVendor", "we") provides software to open online stores and marketplaces, including MultiVendor Market. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and (if you allow it) profile picture from that provider — never your password.
• Store and marketplace information you add: store name, description, listings, images, files, courses, events and settings.
• Messages buyers send to sellers through listings, and event registrations and course enrolments.
• Usage data: pages visited and device/browser information through Google Analytics, and security logs (such as sign-in times and IP addresses) used to protect accounts.
• Cookies: to keep you signed in, and for analytics.

What we don't collect

We don't handle buyers' card or bank details. Payments go directly from buyers to each seller's own Stripe or PayPal account under those providers' privacy policies.

How we use information

• To run your account, stores and marketplaces, and show your listings to buyers.
• To send service emails (sign-in links, password resets, order and event messages).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the service, including AI features that generate suggestions from the text you provide.

We don't sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run MultiVendor: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Google Analytics (analytics), Anthropic (AI features), and Google, Apple and Meta for optional sign-in. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your choices and rights

• You can view and update your account and store information at any time.
• You can ask us to export or delete your data — see Data deletion.
• You can disconnect Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in from that provider's account settings.

Retention

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information unless we must keep it by law.

Children

MultiVendor isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
