Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MultiVendor.com and MultiVendor Market. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

MultiVendor provides software to open online stores and marketplaces. Sellers sell their own products, files, courses and events; buyers buy directly from sellers. MultiVendor is not the seller of items listed by others.

Payments and fees

Buyers pay sellers directly through the seller's own Stripe or PayPal account. MultiVendor does not hold or process sellers' funds and takes no commission on sales. Paid plans are billed as a subscription; payment providers charge their own processing fees.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Only list things you have the right to sell, and follow the laws that apply to your products, shipping, taxes and consumer rights.
• Don't list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit or unsafe items, and don't misuse the service.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give MultiVendor permission to host and display it to operate the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Review anything generated before you publish it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MultiVendor isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for transactions between buyers and sellers.
