Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your MultiVendor account and the personal information connected to it — including information we received when you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook.

How to request deletion

• Email support@multivendor.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".
• We'll confirm the request and delete your account, stores and personal information within 30 days, except information we must keep by law (for example, records needed for tax or fraud prevention).

Removing a sign-in connection

To stop sharing data from a sign-in provider, remove MultiVendor from your Google, Apple or Facebook account settings (apps and websites connected to your account).
