About mobile applications

The mobile applications category covers several kinds of products. Some sellers offer Android app packages that can be installed directly, others sell white-label app projects you can rebrand and publish, and some sell full source code for apps such as booking, delivery, fitness or quiz apps built in native or cross-platform frameworks.

Distribution rules differ by platform. Android allows installing app packages from outside an app store, although devices warn about unknown sources. iOS apps generally reach users through the official store or approved test and enterprise channels, so iOS products here are usually source projects or white-label builds you publish yourself.

Check exactly what you're getting: an installable app, a project to compile, or source code with a reskin guide. Look for the framework and versions, backend requirements, screenshots or a demo video, and whether the license allows publishing under your own brand.

Buying mobile apps and app projects

  • Confirm whether you're buying an installable app, a white-label project or source code.
  • Check the framework, language, minimum OS versions and build tools required.
  • For source projects, find out what backend, APIs or services the app depends on.
  • Only install Android packages from sellers you trust, and scan them before installing.
  • Read whether the license allows publishing the app under your brand, and on how many apps.

Questions about mobile applications

Can I publish an app built from purchased source code?

If the license allows it, yes — you'll still need to meet the app store's own review rules. Check the listing's license and the store's requirements.

Is it safe to install an app file outside an app store?

It carries more risk than store installs. Only install from sellers who clearly explain the app, scan the file, and check which permissions the app requests.

Does the app need a server?

Many apps rely on a backend for accounts or data. The listing should explain what's required; ask the seller if it doesn't.
