About health, fitness & wellness

Health, fitness and wellness courses let you learn a practice at home, at your own pace, with an instructor's guidance you can replay as often as you need. You will find movement courses such as yoga, Pilates and strength or mobility programs, mind-body courses in meditation, breathwork and stress management, and educational courses that explain the basics of nutrition, sleep and healthy routines.

Most courses are organized as a progression: foundations and safety first, then technique, then longer or more challenging sessions. Beginner courses spend time on posture, breathing and modifications; intermediate and advanced courses build strength, flexibility, endurance or longer meditation sits. There are also courses for people who want to teach, covering cueing, class planning and working with groups.

These courses are educational and are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or qualified health professional before starting a new exercise, breathing or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a health condition, and stop any practice that causes pain or dizziness.

Choosing a fitness or wellness course

  • Match the course to your current level and any limitations; look for beginner-friendly options with modifications if you are new or returning.
  • Check the instructor's background and teaching experience in the description and in the free preview lesson.
  • See what equipment or space you need, such as a mat, blocks, resistance bands or dumbbells.
  • Look at session length and course structure so it fits realistically into your week.
  • Speak to a doctor or qualified professional first if you are pregnant, injured or managing a health condition.
